I think you need to spend some time learning what “capitalism” is. That’s not even close to accurate.

The mom and pop taco truck is commerce. A factory full of industrial equipment and underpaid laborers being exploited to divert the largest share of profits to those who do no work is capitalism. The mom and pop taco truck is closer to a cooperatively owned business and thus is closer to socialism.
