The ICC (International Criminal Court in The Hague) prosecutes genocide. The downside is that the US and Israel do not support the ICC - and they are in an illustrous group of non-supporters like China, Russia, North Korea, Myanmar, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.
That’s quite the party. Interesting that the USA wants to be seen with those others, but you gotta agree to compromise if you plan to do some light crimes against humanity from time to time without getting prosecuted.
