I’m not sure why her face gets blurry, probably because the model is trained on a lot of close-ups of crotches where the face is either out of frame or out of focus, so when she spreads her legs and her crotch becomes the center of attention, the model stops paying attention to her face. The hands probably get “stuck” because the model is trained on porn, and you know how popular pictures of women touching themselves are…

The model is a fine-tuning that has “forgotten” how to draw genitals, an example of the “catastrophic forgetting” problem with LLMs. The video is not really high-quality enough to be worth posting by itself; I just thought the hand creeping in from the side was funny.
