Not to nit-pick but she was Karina under the score label. Score is notorious about not letting the models take their stage name elsewhere.
This was a point of contention between Chloe and Lindsey, and their speration from Score. Ive got the the court docs laying around somewhere, for Chloe v Score, if you’re interested.
But I think Karina did a small run as Kay Loove and then finished out her days working at a warehouse for Amazon in Atlanta somewhere.
I’m going to guess that most people know the Karina name over the Kay name
