This one is a classic, I remember reading it ages ago, on Newgrounds IIRC
Alcohol is socially accepted to the point that this kind of behaviour is tolerated, it’s not great
I’m not a fan of alcohol in comics, but this comic is one of the few exceptions I give.
No one is wasted drunk, no one takes advantage of it, and any problems that do arise are handled in a healthy manner.
And social pressure to get someone to consume drugs is okay?
