The proposed law would ban consensual sexting between unmarried adults, and only between married partners. Further, it would ban creation of images deemed “perverted”, such as oral or anal sex, kink, masturbation, etc. It’s a direct attack on sexual free expression, and essentially bans creation and distribution of all adult pornography, including that privately created between unmarried partners.

Probably true, sadly. Because the moment one of their own GOP are caught sexting with someone other than their spouse, the law will be “an overreach” and a “mistake that never should have happened” and They’re sorry
