Is it just me or does it look like some AI enhanced/deepfake? I wonder if it’s her face on another body. If you look back at her “non-movie material” or Red Sparrow, the body type is different. I think she has wider hips and bigger boobs than this.
Nope it’s real. She talks about it in interviews. Sounds like she was kinda gung-ho for the lulz

She’s a bit older now and might have lost some weight. She also had a child in 2022.
