The billionaire media is the equivalent of the german „volksempfänger“ that was only built to stream nazi propaganda into households.
Actually, I dont think change comes from within, ever. Change comes from people organizing, always has. All positive change has come by people agreeing on one small thing and making it happen.
For example, people in germany are starting to agree that fascism is not an option, 10.000 at a time. The mainstream media is doing everything to coopt it but without success so far.
Go take a walk with your fellow citizens, read, talk, listen and take action. Thats the only way.
The press in Germany was also overeager to normalize and stifle alarms. Even the left leaning ones.
