He got a FFL collectors license or something, I don’t know the precise legalities, so he can build his own and get rare shit without having to, honestly I’m not sure whether he pays more tax now than he would have, but the paperwork has got to be worse. You can get a high point 9mm for a little over $100. Shotguns are not much more expensive.
