Even if 99% are good people, the shitty duplicitous ones with money get to the top. Everyone sucks at leading because they either want their way too badly or not badly enough. At the end of the day you have to understand that reason and rationality are a best case outcome for impulsive, hormonal meat beasts. Our education system actively sabotages us in favor of depressed, conditioned organic cogs.
