I can tell if an electric device is properly grounded or not just by touch. I don’t mean getting shocked, when I run my fingers on a surface it feels differently from when it is properly grounded.
I’d say it’s a bit of both. I think the rubber feeling is accurate in that it feels like your fingers are dragging but also a bit of the static crt feel.

No. Its like rubber. If you put your hands on the lid and move it, yoour fingers bounce a lot. Then unplug the chager and sudenttly they dont

I share this power. I hate using laptop powersupplies that aren’t grounded (on macbooks for example).
MacBooks especially, depending on the power supply
