The shoot was specifically on their TheUpperFloor brand, which is a livestream site, and according to her he brought up a cattle prod, which is one of her hard limits, which he was explicitly told, and when he did they kicked him out. You don’t see him being reprimanded and kicked out cause they cut to a different feed but you do see him disappear halfway through the shoot with no explanation and that does seem suspicious given he was one of the headline stars of the shoot.

The accusations are credible given at least one is backed by video
He has been largely blacklisted and only works for himself now
