This KDH X3 is a plastic, 3D printed device that fits me rather securely. Previously, I haven’t kept it on for more than a few hours. I think that’s because it does a little too good of a job capturing the balls, owing the the wide, contoured ring. It has the effect of stretching my scrotum and immobilizing my balls, making them more vulnerable. I’ve lost a little bit of weight, so I’m just checking to see if there’s an improvement.

I’d like to try a stainless device, but I’m not sure how well the dimensions of this KDH product will translate. Any advice on selecting a stainless device based on experience with a plastic one?

Update: after about 4.5 hours my right nut shifted slightly into a painful position and I couldn’t shift it back so I had to remove the device. That’s been the story with this one. I’ve never been able to keep it on long enough to put the hygiene aspects to the test. Anyway, I ordered a relatively inexpensive stainless one from Amazon. We’ll see how it goes.
