Is there a way in Lemmy to post a collection of images in a single post? Eg, a series of images, comics, etc? Apologies if I’m just failing to RTFM but I couldn’t figure it out myself.

So Lemmy doesn’t have a native “album” feature like reddit has, but you can upload as many images as you want (within reason_ in the body of your post which can count for an image set or album.

    Check out this github post

I just tried it though and it worked but you can’t really click on anything except the primary one. Unless I’m doing something wrong.

Yea unfortunately because it’s using markdown it’ll be non-clickable in the way the main url/image is. So the only way to view images in the post body is to right-click -> open image in new tab.

Maybe someday the platform will be big enough someone will do a browser addon or custom android client/app.

Or it’ll be a native feature. It’s all open source so the only thing needed is someone with the knowledge and time to go make it happen.
