None of the communist inclusive countries and continents even make the list. South America, famous for its communist and socialist revolutions is barely a blip on that graph, as a whole continent.

Venezuela’s entire government is funded by oil exports, making them, as a state a global sponsor of climate change. People consume oil and the economic system they live in has nothing to do with that.
