    My favorite was when I had been waiting 8 hours for a response on a Microsoft support ticket, so I decided to call.

    I spent 6.5h on hold before giving up, but I had to chuckle at the, “for faster support, fill out a ticket,” message that played every 5 minutes.

    But I think Walgreens wins for the most rage inducing IVR.
