I just want to play Magic the Gathering Online. I need it for nothing else. It runs like ass under WINE and even Proton. So if there is any other way I can do this, without going the nuclear option, I don"t even need to setup a VM for it.

archive.org is an exceptionally good source for finding OS ISO images.
Here’s one for Windows 7. According to the description and comments below, it is a clean disk image of the installer.

Update: A warning to everyone checksum does not match.
it was somewhat expected, the uploader stated that it’s an ISO they made with a software of an installer DVD. 😄
Have you tried just googling for the checksums? I googled the
36AE...one and the first hit was an archive.org download for a matching ISO.Thank you, I will verify the checksum after downloading.
