Talk about anything in this thread.

Rambling (2023/6/27):

I think my impression of lemmynsfw so far is that it’s small and primitive, and it’s only major draw is that it isn’t reddit. Obviously, that’s not very much to brag about, and I’ve been thinking for a while about ways to make this place seem more attractive/desirable to users.

Honestly, the only idea that I could think of was increasing “community” appeal. Even if this place is smaller and buggier than reddit, perhaps there’s a way to make it seem like the people here are friendlier and approachable? If reddit is a hotel, then lemmynsfw can be an airbnb???

Anyways, I’ve never tried anything like this before but I’ll just pin this thread here and type random stuff into it… and see what happens.

Questions of the Week:

  • Who or what is something that you saw this week that you liked, but didn’t say out loud to anyone?
  • What was the last thing that you ate? Was it good? If you’ve had it better somewhere else, where was the place you had the best XXXXX?
  • Would you rather be in a loveless marriage with lots of really good sex or a love-filled marriage with absolutely no sex (or horrible/bad sex)?

    • This week, I really liked looking at the big tree outside our apartment window. It has a lot of different kinds of leaves. Got me thinking about activities I could do to appreciate nature more.

    • Last thing I ate was this creamy pasta with a taco topping that I made with pantry staples. I cooked it last night, and it came out really well. My roommates really liked it, too!

    • I don’t know if I could handle either… I’m too horny for the latter lol. Also, I was going to go out tonight with friends, but I was too depressed. While I was lying in bed, I was thinking about how I have a kinda insatiable want for love and affection sometimes, and how to handle this (suggestions welcome). Maybe I’m just really touch-starved after my long-time long distance relationship ended. The wholesome pictures you posted in this sub helped that loneliness a little, so thank you.

Anyway, thanks again for posting stuff! Easily my fav place on this site.
