I remember absolutely loving all the different styles of shitake mushrooms - from the tiny thin ones to the really lovely and pretty umbrella style shitake mushrooms! I haven’t had much time, but I was thinking of whipping up a stir fry with them at some point.

But then again, I do miss the nuttiness of chestnut mushrooms… GAH! SO MUCH CHOICE!! Why did I have to stumble on the netflix of vegetables???
