minus-square@send_me_your_inklink1•9 months agoIt’s because IPAs are stupid fast to make. As a home brewer I can have an IPA done inside two weeks. That Scotch ale? It’s probably close to done and has been sitting for 4 months. And don’t even get me started on posters and stouts.
