No, that is just a way to reference the community name in LemmyNSFW. I’ve edited the comment (via browser interface) to show the full community name/link.
Longer answer: the one great feature of the browser UI is that when you start typing in a name of a community (starting with the !) it’ll auto search available existing communities and then allow you to “complete” the full reference via presented dropdown. Most LemmyNSFW apps don’t have the autosearch/fill feature yet
so if I start typing in "!chast ",
the browser would present the found results to choose from,
