That’s definitely a serial killer sort of name.
At least his parents were intelligent enough to know that folk with Wayne as a middle name grow up to be serial killers. So they smashed it into his first name.
Why do rednecks have names like Joe Bob or in the case Markwayne? Because they don’t know which one of his mother’s brothers is the father.
