As for being hyperbolic. I don’t think I am. EXTREME lack of empathy is an indicator of psychopathic tendencies. Although it really depends how you define the word.
It’s a leap to call concern of brain matter as an extreme lack of empathy. It’s loaded with prediction on your end of other people’s intent.
