Noa Marciano was killed in an Israeli airstrike. Her wounds are consistent with airstrike collateral, not an execution.

Israel is on record for faking a video of a “nurse from al-Shifa condemning Hamas.” Video evidence from Israel isn’t worth the data stream it’s made out of.
I mean, I don’t doubt that video is fake, but the source of the video is far from definitive. Many parties in this conflict benefit from muddling the waters with fake videos.

From what I’ve read, the Arabic Language Twitter account for the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs reposted that video and deleted it after learning it was false. That is not necessarily the same as the IDF creating a fake video.
Classic pro-Israel people: asking for sources from everyone else but spreading FUD without evidence themselves.
