NASA already exists. Feed and house the poor instead, save the planet from greenhouse gases, help create new expensive policies to curb addiction and homelessness. NASA isn’t a company, and they’ve always paid contractors to make their vehicles. Crucially, noone is doing anything that hasn’t been done before.
