      Juice is reserved for liquids extracted from fruits and veggies. Almonds are neither, they’re nuts (well, seed really). It’s called almond milk because of it’s appearance and texture. the more you knooooow.

        But if it is not extracted from them and they are not milked, how do the liquid thingy comes to be?

            And enzymes! I don’t know exactly what and how, but to make a smooth plant milk we all know and not an ugly mixture of water and grinded seeds/nuts enzymes are necessary.
