The model is Anastasiya Scheglova. You can see a few more shots of it here (absolutely not endorsing the site, just the largest collection of these photos I’ve found). But I’ve yet to, and probably won’t be able to, track down the brand of the lingerie.
Edit spoke too soon, looks like it was part of a shoot for the brand Couture de nuit. (Or one of the photos from the series was at least used in this ad from that brand’s website.)
