Filling meals always seem tricky to me, healthy or otherwise, so I’m always on the lookout for more things to try.
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink7•10 months agoOatmeal with milk and fruit. Or sub fruit for peanut butter. Pretty filling, and keeps you full for longer than expected. Peanut butter and banana/jam sandwiches are very filling too. I think bananas have less sugar do I try to use that.
