Filling meals always seem tricky to me, healthy or otherwise, so I’m always on the lookout for more things to try.

Avocado, onion, and sprouts on whole grain toast, with cream cheese is also good. Goat cheese and pumpkin seeds in a baked purple sweet potato. Chili paste, egg, avocado and pork fu on leftover rice. But mostly - beans and rice and greens.
