Ubisoft's Skull and Bones has finally arrived after 11 years in development, but it falls short of almost everything it promised to be.

      Multiplayer, coop and vs with sea of theives style procedurally spawned enemies, crew stats and upgrades with recruitment / permadeath mechanics of black flag, fencing / shooting combat, and learnable sea shanties that provide different buffs.
