More insane legislation proposed in Oklahoma. Here, state Rep West (R-obvious), proposes wording that could ban various forms of contraception such as IUDs and morning after pills. Further, it would create a government controlled registry of all women who have ever had an abortion(!). A direct violation of federal HIPAA laws, but I digress.
