It’s the tool gun. Its the menu/spawning/tool item in Gmod. Gmod is a sandbox game with some of the craziest mods, so it basically dose EVERYTHING.

Make sure you got Counterstrike Source and any other Source games installed. It pulls extra assets from them too and most mods use them.
