Not only that, but the big green credit sellers are so fraudulent that they’ve been caught selling the same forest that already wasn’t going to be developed multiple times over. A bunch of “green” companies had to take off their carbon neutral claims last year when it came out
Unfortunately credits are totally fake. “So you have land with vegitation you already plan to conserve or farm? Let me help you make money on that and pretend we are saving it.”
Or at the least, they should be more expensive.

Honestly this is the only thing that will work. You’ve got to speak their language. Fines aren’t a deterrent unless it REALLY hurts.
