No that’s an EU one, French style with the grounding pin protruding out at the top middle unlike the German “Schuko” version which grounds at the edges.
UK outlets have flat front plates like US ones. Just with much bigger and wider spaced pins. their plugs usually aren’t round (and often fall with the pins up which hurts like hell if you step on them in the middle of the night)
