We are very foreigner friendly. Homelessness is rare compared to the USA. While there are homeless people here, the % is much lower. Universal Health care, social security, publicized medicine, an amazing social program for parents and pensioners. It’s quite simple to immigrate here. If you make over 65k(USD) a year or in the renewable energy field, you’re already approved.
