Well, while sleeping, sure. Can’t do it while awake, or haven’t managed it yet, but I’m a mid-50s woman and still get the dreams sometimes. Not as often now I am getting good sex everyday (not frustrated) but still occasionally.

I find that really interesting, in fact. I’m a thirty year old man and my most recent wet dream happened a little over ten years ago.

Oh, and having read the explanation below - I am only average in sensitivity, maybe less, am able to enjoy direct stimulation and rough play so I don’t consider myself physically very sensitive but do have a very strong connection between brain and body, very responsive and good at letting go. Like even when I was young and hung up I could get off pretty easily, for whatever reason that was not a hang-up even when I hated my body, felt uncomfortable in so many ways, the experience of orgasm always has come (ha) easily for me. I am pretty sure my dream ones are straight from brain, not from physical stimulation. Did also cum once from a slap to the face, that was only once though and there was kind of a lot leading up to it.

I don’t think people do need outside stimulation to get off, and also think if tired enough or not mentally into it, physical touch won’t get you off. As the saying goes - the brain is the major sex organ.
