In Holland we have a day called “rokjesdag”, which is the magical day in spring when it is finally warm enough for women to wear skirts. So many women, all feeling beautiful and free on the same day, brings joy to the men of the country too.

It is truly glorious to experience.

So, yes, skirts are hot. 😆
