Google reverse image search also brings me to an article from ANN that says it’s the cover of one of Japan’s Weekly Playboy mags.
I don’t see any indication that it’s a particular character or person, but I also can’t read Japanese so no idea if there’s anything in the text that would suggest that.
Is it just an illustration or there are more cuz I really love this art style and want more of, particularly the face. If you have any suggestions please do update me.
If it’s the art style you like, you might try looking through other pieces by this artist on boorus like Gelbooru/Danbooru. Not every single one is drawn and shaded in that style, but it beats nothing.
I’m sure there are also other artists that share some similarities, but I can’t name any off the top of my head. Let me know if you find some!
