We have been having mixed results with a few of the lifestyle sites, we are currently using:
SDC
SLS
APG
We are Washington DC area and are having the best results with SDC at the moment. It has the ability to list a private parties and links to a lot of lifestyle events.
We use SwingLifestyle here in Indiana, mostly just for finding events. There may be better alternatives but it works well enough and the price was right when we signed up.
