The tweet doesn’t say anything about it though. Just “Opposes LGBT rights” which means a lot of different things to different people

      That’s fair.

To explore that, what is the scenario of a person that opposes LGBT rights, participates in LGBT activity, and isn’t a hypocrite?

It again depends on what someone considers LGBT rights. I am gay, I oppose a business being prohibited from denying me service based on my sexuality. To a ton of people that is me opposing LGBT rights. A lot of religious (idk how many there are overall though) LGBT people oppose gay marriage. There is the whole “LGB drop the T” movement which are basically gay terfs, and probably to some extent oppose LGBT rights. There are a ton of examples because LGBT people can have any spectrum of beliefs and LGBT rights can mean anything to different people.
