Hi everyone,
I realised there where some updates to the community rules/description (the “side bar”) necessary. Some of the changes done are for clarity; i.e. implicitly they were already there but not in transparent ways. That should now be fixed. Other changes were done for consistency with other communities I moderate; or for consistency with similar communities. Or a combination of aforementioned.
For convenience, here follows the current rule section of the “side bar”:
- Please follow the rules of the instance (LemmyNSFW).
- 18+ only.
- No AI generated content.
- OC preferred.
- Please tag your post as [OC] if it is original content.
- As long as it is physically a penis, all are welcome.
Please tag your post correctly. For example: [M], [NB], [T]. You can also click on these links to see posts filtered by tag.As someone pointed out, this tagging should not be strictly necessary. Feel free to do so if you still want to. Tagging as [OC], if applicable, remains standing as a rule.
No need to worry about past posts/comments being e.g. less likely to be tagged fully. I am not going to retroactively enforce the (tagging) rules. I just wish to gradually make this a better run community than how I found it (fortunately it was mostly self-policing then), especially if this community (or instance in general) grows.
Maybe say that it’s welcome instead. Gender does matter if they’re expected to identify their gender with a tag as per the next rule.
I love all the cocks - thanks :)
btw, I am not a fan of the new gender your posts with a gender tag rule, but I realize I may be a one-in-a-million dissenter on this
I slept on this and walked back a bit on the tagging rule. I might indeed have made this needlessly harder (for both myself and people posting). Thanks for the input, maybe I will make a thread next time to discuss change proposals and get feedback collected before I make changes on my own in a weekend. 🙃
Sounds good :)

oooh that makes sense! Darn my English being not native. Thank you very much.
Well, I wish I could speak any 2nd language half as well as you do :)
