        People forget that it’s the rich who create the laws. It’s why tenant laws are so weak in the US.

          And while they are screeching about “government overregulation”, that line of thought somehow doesn’t extend to actually overregulated unions.

      They are taking so long because they wanna squash his chances for an appeal. They are trying to leave his lawyers without any wiggle room, so that when they appeal, it’s just a formality and no substance.

      And for now, they have done a pretty good job keeping the case waterproof.
