I know what you mean. If you’ve gotten HE at this point you know how to hint or even ask. You know all the signs and then sometimes you still just end up with nothing. It’s worse when you find an MT you really like. If online research comes up negative (see pinned post here with websites to search) and you ask the 3rd time and get nothing, I’d move on.
