Instead she has called for better oversight of U.S. funds and opposed giving “blank checks” to the Ukrainian cause.

Conservatives voting against their interests isn’t just an American thing… of course her interests likely don’t actually involve Ukraine but instead revolve around that sweet sweet slush fund money.
