It is rare to get major presidential candidates – on either side of the political aisle – outside the confines of prepared remarks, stump speeches and friendly audiences, so it’s worth paying attention when they actually take detailed questions.
These days public-/cargo transportation is far more available and more efficient than it was in 1940 …
Besides that, Trump has a huge, well armed, following (“militia”) that will start frothing at the mouth if they see a “designated deportee” walking in their area…

The militia is not huge. It’s tiny. They are fat and unhealthy and untrained.
