minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink10•1 month agoI do get, why people dislike GIMP. It has a bit of a steep learning curve. And approaches things uniquely. But for a FOSS paint equivalent: have you tried Pinta? It’s much less complicated, and the UI isn’t too bad.

Krita is pretty good.
