minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink2•1 month agoIn my case and some others, it’s because zelle has a hair-trigger fraud detection algorithm that has frequent false positives that cause huge headaches. It could be excellent but it’s just okay. No one trusts it with substantial sums of money.
India also has very good and robust online payment infrastructure.

We have Zelle, but no one uses it.
