She did get a reduction. Look at her recent pictures/videos on twitter. The scars are super obvious.

Edit: Looks like it was a lift, not a reduction. She has talked about wanting to get a reduction in the past which is why I thought it was a reduction. Hopefully the scars heal nicely for her.
