Basically, everyone is on buses to car parks away (schools and other places are used) or train stations. It’s a pain in the butt, but a way of life if you want to watch a game. Tickets at these stadiums include free public transport for the afternoon, so it’s included in the price.
Of course there is, London has multiple massive stadiums that do not require this sort of parking.
