Centrist policies aren’t the issue. It’s the apologists for intolerant bigots that paint themselves centrists. All apologists for bigots are bad, and almost all of them paint themselves centrist. But not all centrists are bigot apologists.
So call out bigots for being fake centrists. When you start attacking all centrists willy-nilly, then you’re doing the job of the bigots.
Good thing the comic isn’t about all centrists and just about centrist apologists.
That’s a level of nuance lost on .most people.
